We want you to be happy with your order. This page explains how returns and refunds work.

Pre-loved items. Every pre-loved item is graded and its known imperfections disclosed on the product page before purchase - please review these carefully, as they form part of what you're agreeing to buy.

Requesting a return. Contact our support team with your order reference within the window shown at checkout. Refunds are currently reviewed and issued manually by our team.

Reward reversal. If an order that earned points, a referral reward, or a coupon is cancelled or refunded, the corresponding reward is reversed from your account.
