Rewards & Referral Program Terms

These terms cover E1K Points, reward redemption, buyer levels, and the referral program, in addition to the general Terms of Service.

Earning points. Points are earned for the actions shown on your account page, at the rates shown there, which may change over time. Purchase points become fully available once your order reaches a qualifying status, not at checkout.

Redeeming points. Points are redeemed for the reward tiers shown on your account page. Redeemed coupons are tied to your account and can't be transferred or redeemed twice.

Referrals. Your referral reward is earned once the person you referred makes a genuine qualifying purchase, not simply for creating an account. We monitor for abuse (e.g. self-referral, fake accounts) and may withhold or reverse rewards obtained this way.

Reversal. Points, coupons, and referral rewards tied to an order are reversed if that order is cancelled or refunded.

Changes. We may adjust point values, reward tiers, buyer-level thresholds, or programme availability at any time; changes apply to activity going forward.
